Cut at birth... Either way it was taken off WAY too far/ much; and when I got erection it was sore/ uncomfortable felt so tight at pubic bone area.
finally with the urologist and then separately the plastic surgeon/2nd urologist... they confirmed that the skin and technique used in South Africa was taken far too much off! It was done using wrong tools!

There for about two months after these appointments, that you came back to me with two options, one being the scrotal skin flap; and another being skin flap.
I went with the scrotal flap, given I have rather large testicles and scrotum. Furthermore the skin is more akin to being used on penile shaft... so I was informed. The cost was outrageous in Australia I’m almost $18,000 time however post this operation the evidence spoke for itself… The surgeon said post operation that my penis literally nearly jumped out when they made the incisions… It added 3.5cm in length.
Sadly the room it is now been 3 1/2 years, and still tight… It is getting better, they used 18 months ago filler – Penile Filler - at the cosmetic surgeon clinic in Sydney. Incredible results and helps fix the unevenness from the scars at the base of the penis. This helped immensely and heading to have the second round done with laser to remove hair and reduce scar!
Either way I’m extremely happy… However would absolutely love a foreskin!

When hard it stays fully retracted but I can't do this while it's soft. It slides back immediately. I want my glans to be permanently exposed so much! I think it's very masculine. Usually, cut cocks look more aesthetically pleasing to me. Then, I find it more hygienic to be cut. Also, being cut didn't diminish the pleasure I get out of my cock.
