Unusual turn ons

Just sayin'... or just slayin'?

No offense liljock, just had to be said
No offense taken, Sam.

However, I never understand some people. I've taken a quick perusal of @FrankieGuile's posts. All too many seem encrusted in venom and vitriol. I'm not quite sure why "a thousand IQ", "n" and "Von" drew such scathing opprobrium. It is, after all, the heart of his screed. We all make mistakes.* "To err is human, to forgive divine." In most cases I feel there are only three appropriate responses to posts: silence, "LIKE", or positive supplementary comments.

I don't feel abuse is ever called for. IRL I've found those who constantly insult or tear others down seldom have friends. "But for Wales, Richard?" Yes, schadenfreude can be one of life's greatest pleasures, but wanton unkindness?

Just sayin'...

PS. I love plays on words. Did you intend "Just slayin'" to have a double-double meaning? A take on "Just sayin'" as in I'm just slayin', or that it's a "just slayin'" like in "justice served"? Pretty cool either way.

* Appropriately, I originally wrote this as "We all mistakes". I only added the missing "make" in edit.

There was a post that said they just witnessed a MURDER. His response was just sayin'.

I use slayin' in reference to the charge of murder.

I think I answered your question in my post; to wit: "It is a simple regard for others to communicate clearly to them, the ease of using the Internet, and pride in my sense of self such that I don't make myself look dumb that causes me to try to get these things right." I may be harsh but I'm not obtuse. Besides, I found the original post and subsequent responses amusing, bordering on the silly.
