looks like the JC Penney catalog? Stafford brand have those lines.
The attached photo uses the phrase "comfort loom," which was a trademark of the Fruit of the Loom company and Fruit of the Loom is known for their blue and gold wastebands, too, circa 1990s. The model's name is not listed. The photo style is evidently for a catalog.
