I try to not worry about the political beliefs of people who aren't running for office. If I think someone's hot, they're hot...and trying to cancel them out because we don't agree politically is just too much to try to keep up with, for me at least. I'm certainly not going to stop lusting after Voodoo.

I know what you mean, and I don't think you're over analyzing. I assumed the same. It also makes them feel less guilty about facing the social judgement that comes with the territory. Just like the current US President who is all "Family Values" with a host of hookers, ties to a pedophile ring (even appointing the fixer attorney to the White House for a while), 3 marriages all started with affairs, children with 3 different women, was cheating with Stormy Daniels while his current wife was pregnant with their kid, constantly lying, etc.... They have to lean far in the opposite direction to make themselves feel centered.

Then there is the whole education and personal achievement, but I'll just leave that there. It's very common and disturbing.

That's a really interesting theory, never looked at it that way. It makes sense actually, though we can't be sure how many performers it was applicable to. On some level, maybe porn industry big wigs think Republicans are better for the industry (less regulation) and that mindset sort of diffuses through the rest of the industry. And also, using Erik Everhard as an example, he's talked about having NLP therapy [which I know almost nothing about] and being very angry in his 20s. In his case I think he's trying to resolve issues and he's found some resonance with in my view some troubling right leaning modern day philosophers.

Gosh, too big a topic for me to handle. But thanks for the thought provoking posts, very interesting. Truly.

Healthy attitude. But to be fair I'm not sure anyone here wants him cancelled. Just pointing out the slightly conflicted feelings about sort lusting after someone, but at the same time finding their view and maybe even their personality repulsive.

Doesn't really matter though i guess.

I think he's just an asshole. It is strange how many sexworkers have "conservative" views. Tommy Gunn, Marcus London, Dick Chibbles, Jay Snakes, Sean Lawless... the list seems endless. Tommy Gunn is an "Adrenochrome" follower. Social media makes being a fan difficult at times.

For Voodoo he seems to be doing it for attention. He wants to be "that guy" who does outrageous things. He's not an American and doesn't even live in the US. Tommy Gunn is a conspiracy wing nut. His sidekick Marcus London has made a threat to shoot government officials just today after watching a youtube video. Most of the Youtube stuff he and Tommy Gunn post is Right Wing conspiracy stuff. Government weather control, an intense hatred of Bill Gates, the Clinton Family, The Obama family, etc.
