Well, first off, its illegal in the states. Not sure the rest of the world, but it's certainly illegal in the US. Second, I've been going to gyms for 20+ years, I've never once had a urge to jerk off there, never seen anyone with an erection or anyone playing with themselves. But, then again, when I'm at the gym I'm not paying attention to anyone else, just doing my workout and leaving, as I assume most men do.
