What do you consider to be a small penis?

I am asking just to understand better people's expectations because it seems that penis size categories vary depending on who you ask. If I ask a straight guy, usually the answers vary, but it seems like someone in the 6 inches even if not considered big by most guys, it's still considered a good size. Anything less than 5 inches is small and anything over 7 is large. To me average is around 6. If you are 7+ you are very well endowed and larger than the average man. I'm sure many will argue with that but I think guys exaggerate their size.

I suspect when men or women see a penis they are told is 7 inches it is really 6, so numbers get warped. A quick google brings up this study showing between 5.1 and 5.5 inches was average (erect).

Right now not pressing into the fat pad about a little more than 6. That's usually Post pump though. I can reach close to 6 and 1/2 if I go 4 days straight with the pump and certain supplements. The girth does get to 5.25 midshaft with the pump which helps me seem more "average". It's like I've said though it depends on the woman.
