It's sad that doing porn is still a cause for a "scandal", ok, the story is 14 years old, but I'd hazard that the same is still true today. I often wondered what happened to Kris, he sort of dropped out of sight at some point. Sadly, this is just another example of how fragile geo-blocking really is. Heck governments can't geo-block effectively (people who live in highly restricted societies around the world can still get to the same internet we can, they just risk their lives to do so), how could anyone expect a garden variety porn company and their commercial ISP to be able to do what no one else can do?
If it's on the internet, it's effectively public. There's no amount of blocking or protecting that will keep someone determined from finding whatever "it" is. Sex, jealousy, power, and greed are powerful motivators and provide all the impetus necessary to turn curiosity into obsession. That transformation almost always ends badly.
