You are too fast for me. I have improved on this since I posted it. I use homemade egg noodles instead of pasta and I toast the almonds slightly and I cover for 3/4 of the baking time and I bake at 375 instead of 400 degrees.

I won't be making the noodles, but I will make it with the changes.
