What's for dinner?

Everyone around me is BBQ'g yet no one offers me anything....sad face

It's torturous...really it is. :(

I actually saved you a plate. I left it in the fridge. Didn't you find it? I hope no one else ate it....

Two things, buy a grill and quit eating mexican food. Tough love here but someone needed to say it. :sad6:

It was quite tasty. :shhh:

HA! Stop eating mexican food???? Por que??? I adore mexican food and love to grill. Combine the two I say!!! ;) I'm mixing up some yummy Tequila Lime Chicken tonight, homemade salsa verde and garlic corn on the cob. If it doesn't stop raining, I'm grilling in the barn!!!

I refuse to open that! I'm having Chicken Tetrazzzini, Belgian endive salad with spiced pickled asparagus and I just got finished making a blueberry pie and homemade vanilla ice cream I can't wait for dinner

I'm with you Nudie - couldn't get me to click that link if you paid me!

Pie looks delish! Myself, I'm going to bake a cake, but haven't decided what kind yet. But Chicken Tetrazzina sounds delightful - is the recipe on this thread? (I trust your recipes above ALL others )

Edit: Found it!

You are too fast for me. I have improved on this since I posted it. I use homemade egg noodles instead of pasta and I toast the almonds slightly and I cover for 3/4 of the baking time and I bake at 375 instead of 400 degrees.
What kind of cake are you making? I love cake almost as much as pie!

I won't be making the noodles, but I will make it with the changes.

I don't know what kind of cake yet. What kind do you think would make a good follow-up to the chicken?

I recently made an orange chiffon cake and it was a big hit. The recipe is in the thread also. And thank you for the nice compliment.
(The egg noodles are super easy to make but the egg noodles from the store work fine)

Mmmm....orange chiffon sounds gooood! I'll let you know how it all turns out!

Pasta with home made Alfredo sauce + mushrooms. Home-made bread too but I forgot to get a picture of it... oh, and salad with avocado and other tastiness.
