What's for dinner?

Sandwich: Creamy Peanut Butter, mayo, and thick sliced Vidalia Sweet Onion on some
of that AWESOME, thick sliced, Whole Foods 100% Organic Whole Wheat Bread.

Baby Spinach Salad with thinly sliced cukes, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese crumbles,
with an olive oil and balsamic vinigar dressing...

Cold glass of Butter Milk.

Probably Black Beans and Rice. Maybe include some veggies like brocoli or california Medley with it.

If I don't do that, I'll probably make some pasta or something like an omlette or egg sandwich.

A roast chicken stuffed with garlic and lemons, potatoes au gratin, steamed broccoli, beefsteak tomato and I made chocolate chip cookies this morning.

A boneless pork loin roasted with a maple/Dijon glaze. Asparagus drizzled with olive oil/balsamic vinegar. Mashed sweet potatoes. Artisan bread.

Dessert? Maple ice cream with toasted/buttered pecan pieces sprinkled throughout.

Everything is home-made (except for the mustard, olive oil, vinegar, etc) :biggrin1:

I have a team of highly trained nubile young women on hand for olive stomping and squishing. It's not as efficient as a traditional press, but the resultant oil is vastly more tasty for some strange reason. I suppose you'll want me to bring my vinegar fermentation vats and still as well?

Well shit... if you have it around...
