I tend to eat my main meal at lunch and have something light like soup, a boiled egg and toast, crackers, cheese and home grown tomatoes for dinner if I can stomach it.
In summer it's too hot at any time of the day for heavy meals so it cold meat, seafood and salads and lots of cold water.
If I'm going to have something hot I'll opt for BBQing outside or a Thai jungle curry and sticky turmeric coconut rice and a cold shower afterwards.
Cold is relative. In summer the water is luke warm out of the cold tap.
I'll eat it under a mango tree wrapped in nothing but a light sarong
