Forum rule - only straight men answer please!

Everyone talks about this, with his own assumption how much straight guys are curious (or not) about comparison.
Would be great to take advantage of the forum rule to have a straight-only poll / discussion to understand what straight guys really feel/think about those fleeting glances at the urinal.

I go to the Men's room to urinate, not cruse; or compare . If there is a space between me and another person i keep the space free. Yes there are times when there are only 2 urinals, and one is occupied. When you have to go, you have to go. But the rules are unzip, eyes forward, get the job done, 2 -3 shakes ( no more than 2 -3 shakes as that is masturbating ) , zip up , flush, wash hands and exit

I am there to pee and get on with my day and have no interest in a dick that is not my own. I sometimes wonder how common this really is, even among gay men, or just online fantasy wank fuel, especially given the climate of sexual predator awareness. It just wouldn't seem worth the risk of an arrest or beatdown if the other guy didn't appreciate the focus on his junk. Yet, along with locker room showers and "Have you ever seen your dad's dick" incest squick, the topic seems to be in the Top 5, given the sheer amount of threads over the years.

Don't peek, stare or even try to engage in a conversation with me when I'm draining the lizard. Not even a "Hey" or "How's it going?". Pee, put it back, WASH YOUR DAMN HANDS and get on with life.

Seems like many more voted without leaving comments?
That's because if you look at who responded to the "yes" choices it's all gay, bisexual or "straight" men who shouldn't be voting in the poll to begin with and apparently ignored your request that only actual straight men answer. But I've come to expect no less in this section, as reading comprehension is fundamental.

While I saw that many voted are 20%+ gay, I observed another interesting point -
Americans are overwhelmingly allergic to the idea whereas many "straights" in Europe are cool with it. And most voted automatically for the extremes.
Somehow I found the reason why you get these "Chinese wall" urinal dividers in the States.

Are there other 80%+ straights who can vote here?? PLEASE vote - this is getting interesting.:emoji_pray::emoji_pray:

At least 6 guys who claim to be 100% Gay have responded to the OP's poll when he made it absolutely clear that only Straight men should answer.
Also the fact that the OP placed the poll in the Ask a Straight Man forum where the rules state that only Straight Men can answer should have been a warning sign to those that have decided to spoil the poll.

You can't take anything from the current results because some people read the rules and ignored them or did not bother reading the rules nor the OP's request that only Straight men can answer.

Huge disrespect to the OP and those that do comply with the rules.

The way the site works does not make it easy for users to know if they can or can't post in a section. Those rules are old and honestly, I think it's time to do away with them. They discourage discussion and frustrate users more than they encourage and make the site more enjoyable.

"The way the site works does not make it easy for users to know if they can or can't post in a section". Really??

1) When you go to the Ask a Straight Man forum it is clearly titled Ask a Straight Man, it is the 1st thing a member sees.
2) Under this is Ask a Straight Man anything. Only a Straight Man can respond to questions.
3)Under this is the sticky threads forum which clearly states Are you a Straight Man? How to use this forum.
This is a step by step guide written by a Moderator Mister B who is 100% Gay.

Also just in case someone missed or deliberately ignored all this great advice, the OP himself, Accidenttourist clearly states at the very top of his 1st post..Only Straight men answer please!

You can't make it any clearer.

The rules are old but tried & tested, if you do away with these rules that are set in plain English, what do you replace them with?
What frustrates users is that people ignore the rules & the Moderators do nothing, absolutely nothing to discourage this.

I'm sorry you feel that way. Someone breaking these rules is not that big of a deal. If they see this thread in their feed and click to it they wouldn't know it was in a specific section. That is what I am referring to.

Another thought came to my mind.
With the number of views of this post vs. the number of votes we're seeing, most bisexuals and gays did refrain from voting / posting on this thread.

Straight guys please speak up and vote, to get yourselves heard! :emoji_pray:

Don't care what other dudes have but over here in the UK most urinals are open plan so it's inevitable you'll see a cock or two, it's normal to chat at the urinals over here too so you're going to see something, England doesn't have the prude hangups like some countries when it comes to taking a slash.

Thanks @Mike hung for confirming my suspicion that we have a cross-Atlantic divide.
I did have the image of a crowded London pub/train station in mind when I put in the option "ridiculous to AVOID seeing dicks" in the poll. Especially when you have trough urinals.

Any views from others here, please?
