My personal fave/healthy obsession, David Eggers II (LPSG thread here), did a shoot and interview to promote his movie Station to Station (where he plays a bisexual sex worker and appears frontally nude a few times) with Spanish magazine Eroticco.

It was on the teasing side, but left little to the imagination! I would do SO MANY THINGS to get my hands on the outtakes/full nude shots from this shoot.

What can I say, he's handsome, clearly really smart (from the interview), and intelligence plus all that dick is a major turn on for me, lol.

And, of course, he did pose full frontal for NY artist Murlin St. Jean's digital installation "The Cards of Murlin" (which is epic in it's own right. If you haven't seen it and all of the beautiful men and women he shot for the series, it's worth your time.)Cards of Murlin - crop.png

I guess it depends how you define celebrity? It is arguably a much broader definition than it used to be in many instances.
No offence, but I googled him-I had to Google him-and he has 1 IMDB credit, no Wikipedia page and very little online presence at all. These things do not a “celebrity” make. Surely there is some measurable standards by which we can measure this? And surely it has to mean more than just “random hot guy who once posed nude?”

I’m by no means saying that everyone on this thread needs to be Brad Pitt, but this guy is not famous by even the narrowest use of the word. He is lovely however.

I think we've generally kept to the theme and it's all in good fun. Apart from IMDb stuff, Ed Ventresca did have a robust nude/adult video career, so I can see why he feels like a celebrity to some, especially if you remember seeing him around everywhere in the 80s.

When I started the thread I definitely was thinking of traditional celebrities, NOT people who were only famous for OnlyFans, social media, or porn/adult work, but I also don't want to gatekeep and take the fun out of the thread by debating what a celebrity is (not because it isn't a good idea, but because the thread could lose all its fun as we argue about it). I think, for the most part, we're getting it right in terms of who the legit celebs are.

So since this isn't a recurring problem and we can all agree Ventresca is hot and he did appear in at least one major film, let's just call this whole exchange a good reminder for all of us as to what we're going for (and not going for) and keep up the good work!

Frankly, I'm just really flattered my little thread has blown up so much and I get to see all these beautiful famous men, lol. Thanks to both of you for contributing and caring enough to even engage on the topic! I'm loving all these men.

Yes, sticking to the topic is always the best policy but both questions were indeed valid. I mean "celebrities that have formally posed nude" to me imply: celebrities (of any industry) that posed naked no matter at what stage of their careers. Take Brian Buzzini as an example: that gorgeous guy's first modelling job - if I'm not incorrect - was posing naked straight from the gate for Playgirl. After that he landed what I think is the dream of most anon guys that pose(d) naked for a major publication: a legit career as a male model. He became one of the most successful male models of the mid-80s and worked for Versace, Burberry, etc. So would he be a valid choice for this thread or do we need people that were already huge when they formally posed naked? I think both options are valid. One interesting thing about Buzzini is that his Playgirl fame was so considerable that he disrobed twice for the magazine. Then after that he embarked on the fashion model route. I wonder who help build that bridge for him. More often than not, from all I've read, most people that posed naked in an attempt of a legit career in Hollywood and/or fashion ended up completely frustrated by the prospects after posing nude. At least in super prude America, even in the 80s things were a bit tricky once one posed naked. I'm not even gonna elucidate on the many naive people that thought porn would open the doors for them in Hollywood since that doesn't apply as posing naked has nothing to do with pornography.

Someone mentioned Brad Pitt above. He appeared - against his will - naked on Playgirl. Paparazzi shots. That's so wrong.

Fair enough.

In the 60s there was a sibling trapeze act called "The Flying Cavarettas." They were on "The Ed Sullivan Show," "The Hollywood Palace," and in all the magazines. Jimmy, the only brother, was a hearthrob, and a bachelor on "The Dating Game." The siblings were headliners at Circus Circus in Vegas for five years and, after the siblings broke into smaller acts to do their own things, brother Jimmy posed for Playgirl.

And, to this day, trapeze fans, horny ladies, and thirsty gays are grateful to Jimmy Cavaretta for his long...career in the arts.

Very got guy

Have been having a lot of fun with my last post on hung celebrities, and realized I had another question for the group:

Which celebrities (actors, athletes, singers/musicians, politicians, TV hosts, etc. have formally posed for nude photos, either for art or to make a statement/support a cause?

I don't mean celebs who've been caught on film naked, or did some nudity in a movie or something, but ones who actually, formally and voluntarily *posed* nude for a photoshoot either before or after they were better known?

Obviously full frontal shoots (like Playgirl) are the gold standard, but I'd love to see any nude shoots that at least on some level challenged/rebelled against our more puritanical views of male nudity in America, so if there's a hot or particularly progressive shoot from a calendar or ESPN's Body Issue (or similar) even without penis, let's see it, lol. Less so super safe and unsexy stuff like PETA ads, but you post you, lol.

Some I can think of include:

In 2020, he came out as "not straight", saying he's either bi or pansexual and still figuring it out. His father has been his coach and always so supportive of him. It was incredibly challenging for him as a US male gymnast to have won any international Olympic and World medals, considering the field.

Posted this one in the wrong thread, accidentally, earlier today. Rectifying that now. He definitely should be appreciated here!

"Per IMDb, Jaime Moreno is a Mexican actor and singer, who appeared in 48 films, 6 soap operas and several plays.

More importantly, he was the first Mexican model to appear naked in Playgirl in 1975."
