Its an interesting question. I don't know of any studies on this, but I agree with @milkystick , it probably has more to do woth your environment and upbringing, as well as your overall health having a bigger impact than your race.

Not Asian, but I'm on the smaller side of the spectrum and I can last for 2 hours if I want/have to.
