There's no reason why there would be a relationship to race.

It likely has to do with diet, experience, and culture.

Regarding culture, not every culture prioritizes a long time until ejaculation.

This The Journal of Sexual Medicine research recruited straight men from five countries and compared their median ejaculation time (penetration to ejaculation).

Turks can’t even last 4 minutes. That’s way shorter than other four countries. Netherlands (5.1 minutes), United Kingdom (7.6 minutes), Spain (5.8 minutes), Turkey (3.7 minutes), and the United States (7.0 minutes).

Apparently the study also shows circumcised men last longer, if they exclude Turkish men. Because all Turkish participants are circumcised and it didn’t help them.

For context:
They recruited 70 to 130 couples from each country.
These couples had a stable heterosexual relationship for at least 6 months, with regular sexual intercourse.
They were instructed to record the time of vaginal intromission until the start of intravaginal ejaculation.
They recorded 7 to 10 sessions over a 4 week period with each couple.
The same person remained responsible to time every session with a stopwatch.

I've heard that too. Although Turkish men are very hairy, the size of their penis is not even as good as that of East Asian men.Middle Eastern men are stereotyped as having larger penises and very strong sexual abilities, but Turkish men are not, and I don't know why.

This is probably something that has little to nothing to do with a person's race but in my own experience I'd say the Asian men followed by Latino men. I've made white and black guys cum fast also but Asian and Latino men by far have tended to cum faster for me.
