I don't see it happening, but it's not impossible. I get the feeling he is more into putting all his energy into developing his channel rather than allowing himself to get into a serious relationship. He would also be fully debuting his face, and not just through leaks, accidents, and small moments that many viewers will simply miss.
It's also possible with all the hot men he films with, he already has a boyfriend or someone he is interested in. (I don't watch enough of his livestreams to know if he has announced anything for or against that.)
