Hmmmm...I don't think so Meat...I think it's a fold in the shorts. Would be nice though but it doesn't look like there's any "weight" to it.

I don't think a fold would present that way. A clearer shot (or multiple ones) would be helpful, but I'm pretty sure that tubular object showing is his big semi.
