I totally agree. Alessandro's character has won over a gay audience. As for the second season, I understand that it has been officially confirmed. That is, there will be a second season. Considering that the first season had several flashbacks, I hope that Alessandro will appear in a flashback, but I honestly don't think it will happen, for the simple reason that he was a very minor character. And it would be strange and forced if his character suddenly acquired relevance in a plot through flashbacks.
I guess Domitian will have his new young sex toy for the second season, but I think it won't be the same, but it would be interesting to know which actor will play that role.

Sad that, that is the way the writers of the show wanted to end the character of Alessandro. I never like the ending of Hermes that I created my own fan fiction just to flesh out his character and continue his story.
