That doesn't seem to be the case from a quick post history search. Issues for months now with inability to control urine flow. No diapers, just a basic pad.

My son has a problem for which he's not wearing diapers - I wouldn't want to do that to him - and from that experience, I can say, it is no fun if you have to clean out underwear like that all the time. It's not just "throw it into the machine". With periods, my son is clean, and other periods, every single day I have "that kind of laundry", and I hate it. So, if it's throw-away stuff and the man showers himself & keeps clean, I couldn't care less, but if he's using washable stuff and I need to clean it all up after him, thanks but no thanks.
