Ass Improvement

It's certainly possible to do with bands, bodyweight and pink plastic dumbbels ..but in my experience significant glute growth comes from lifting significant weights ;)

It's the largest muscle in the body and isn't that easy to progressively overload.
If you don't have weights and want to try bodyweight exercises then try pistol squats - but those are not a glute isolation exercise and will work your quads more. Although they are a great exercise for balance and working your stabilizers ;)

There may be some resistance training that can help but I think it is mostly genetics. For instance, I can do calf exercises all day but they are not going to get much bigger. I don't have the calf gene. Having said that, you can definitely tone your ass with the 'butt buster' machines (machines that lift your legs up behind you and doing squats). I just don't think the muscle will necessary get 'rounder' but having the skin tighter against your glutes can make it look better when naked.
 
I second Nailz' suggestion. Pause that hip thrust at the top and get a good squeeze. Your ass should feel like it's been lit by a torch

Add in a band around your knees when you're doing that and you'll feel an incredible burn.

Iā€™ve been a hiker all my life. My calves and thighs are in great shape but my ass is a whole different story. Any time Iā€™ve done squats, with or without weights, I only ever feel it in my thighs. It seems like it does absolutely nothing to my cheeks. Iā€™ve watched countless tutorials and videos so Iā€™m confident my stance is correct. But is it just a normal thing? Like, is the muscle pain for butts just so subtle that I donā€™t notice it? Iā€™m told I have a great ass but thats usually while Iā€™m wearing something tight that squishes all that jiggle into a shelf but when Iā€™m naked thereā€™s no shelf. Just two flat tear drops lol

all advice is appreciated. Iā€™m willing to sign up for a fitness app but it seems like each one has terrible reviews. H A L P !


I am with you on that one, until, I started mountain biking...yeah, buddy. Ass cheeks tighten up...they look good.
