There are plenty of 5 second sex scenes on film, but few long shots of nudity in TV or in movies, so there definitely is a modern taboo where there wasn't when this photo was taken.

I wouldn't hold your breath. When's the last time you saw a pro football player wearing a jockstrap? They all wear those pants with built-in briefs or something. You can see their penis outline but it's not as nice as seeing a jockstrap.

These are awesome, esp the wrestler who actually bothers to jock up. However, I wonder how recently these were taken. Seems like it's been decades since athletes wore proper jockstraps

Here’s a double jockstrap NFL pic. This is from Sofi stadium so it has to be 2020 or newer.

It definitely does seem like fewer and fewer players wear jockstraps every single year.

The only player that I know for certain wore jockstraps this season just so happens to be Harrison Butker of all players.
