Must have been a quick arraignment... formal reading of the charges and enter his plea... I wonder if he was able to strike a bargain or if the charges still remain as felony... either way, doesn’t look like he got lucky with a dismissal.
I was hoping for a very explicit account of gay sex with Cam.

As much as I’d love for this to be something really spicy, it’s a very real and slightly more plausible possibility that this was a drug deal that went wrong. That could account for the sudden rehab stint.
That would be the likely scenario (and the one they would want to avoid the most)... I suspect he had some sort of plea bargain and plead no contest to a lesser charge (something that doesn’t involve jail time), but he’d probably be put on probation which, lol, good luck with that.
The reporter for the Aspen Times said he would publish any updates.

Oh I’m sure he did. Celebrity rehab is usually just for show. Look how all throughout his stay he kept dropping obvious hints to try to get people to notice that he was in rehab.
He has no prior's (That I Know of) and did drug rehab and the beach clean up's to show he's an asset to the community . I'd be surprised if the felony did not get reduced.

He plead way down to a low level misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge... 6mo unsupervised probation (which means nothing) and 20hrs of community service. Essentially, he paid off the victim in a side deal and clearly both sides didn’t want it going to trial where the real facts would have been aired. Unbelievable.
