It appears to me to have started life as a 1936 Chevrolet Master Deluxe Sedan. The wheels do not indicate that though.

I believe it is a 1901 Panhard et Levassor 11

It looks so nice stripped of all its trim and adornments that it had back in the day. The sheetmetal is very appealing in this minimalistic way.
