From what I've been told by a friend who has worked with him he doesn't use steroids but the amaount of strain he's put on himself to look like that for the Marvel Movies has completely destroyed his body and he has insane backpain to the point he can't move some days.

First, I doubt he's on steroids. He's just a fit guy who works out hard to get the body they want for the Thor movies. And he has to basically starve himself to be that ripped for the movies.

And btw, steroids don't affect dick size. Size of testicles? Yeah.
