I would recommend investing in a metal one. The silicone ones work okay.. but the metal ones definitely keep you hard and help with sensitivity issues in my opinion. I think the stretcher does not work on the balls when used as a cockring. Many times the ballstretcher internal diameter is big for balls; I experienced that problem with mine which is 40mm. But the ballstretcher is quite too small for use as a cockring : I need at least 45 and I feel well with 50mm. And I think it can be painful...
