Yeah, like @picklefinger said, there's a thing where people are attracted to those who look like themselves, on various subconscious-or-not levels. (People also tend to choose pets sometimes that look like them.) Add Hollywood into the mix and narcissism and self-absorption might up the usual averages of that happening. I actually find their features complimentary in some ways, and they're insanely adorable/cute together. And I don't know how they met but maybe it was based on chemistry or banter/interaction and looks didn't factor in.

I read somewhere that Connor just randomly messaged Miles on instagram, they started chatting, eventually met and the rest is history.

Miles has always been pretty reserved when it comes to "look at my cute boyfriend!!!" posts, that's more Connor's speed.

Miles seems to actually be a pretty private person. He was never really that open about his past relationships. They’ve been together for a few years now so I guess it mustn’t bother Connor too much. Honestly that’s probably a good thing— social media can do weird things to a relationship.
