It is very good, though it's mainly a summer place. A mix of sunbathing in the field and fun in the woods.
You will still find guys there at this time of year but not many given it's cold, muddy and there's less cover.
Any tips on the best part of it/ how I find the most active areas?
It depends on the way you are coming from but basically if you drive down past Ham House to the car park by the river. Before you get to the car park you'll see on your left a large field which has a baseball pitch set up at the far end.
Walk across the field towards it. Just beyond that you'll find the beginning of a large path between two wooded areas. Walk down that path to the end where you'll come down some wooden stairs. At the bottom in front of you is the main field you can explore and then if you follow the path beside the woods to your left you'll discover little paths into those woods where you'll find most of the action. Easiest on a hot day from 1pm when they'll be plenty of guys around to make it obvious.

No it doesn't. It use to have a men's only steam room in the men's changing room upstairs but this has been closed for a while now due to what they referred to as inappropriate behaviour. The saunas and steam rooms are all mixed now

Yes, I know Moorgate (both) and Bloomsbury (sauna) do. It's been awhile since I went to Barbican but I think that does too.
Nuffield Ealing has men only sauna and steam (steam was closed for a while for repairs but was open again today)
