Listen up little buddy, calling out racists is not “reverse racism” or some other stupid term folks like you come up with. Racism is system of oppression by people in power, as such people of color cannot be racist. It’s hevaily evident that you think someone calling you out for your outdated and bluntly ignorant beliefs is “racist,” when in reality it just shows how backwards and ignorant you are. Go ahead supporting the party of homophobia and xenophobia, given enough time they’ll come for you next.

Though I generally agree with the practical points that you made in your argument (the last one I would say is quite a credible assertion, though currently unfounded), I will point out one blatant inaccuracy.
Specifically I take issue with your statement that "Racism is system of oppression by people in power, as such people of color cannot be racist", this is untrue. I would agree that the more insidious forms of racism are backed by larger oppressive systems, that allow the people who wield that power to disenfranchise their victims. However, this is not a requirement of racism, as in its purest form, it only really requires a prejudice against, contempt for, or discrimination against someone on the basis of their race.
As to the point you are trying to make, I would argue that for the reason eluded to above, it is possible for minority groups to commit acts of racism against one another, as opposed to the position your opinion put forward, whereby they would lack the necessary power to commit acts of racism against each other. We know this to not be the case. Also, this is the reason we can identify internalised racism, usually in forms of 'lateral violence', whereby individuals from the same racial group will hold prejudicial, contemptuous or discriminatory views of other individuals within their racial group for a litany or race based issues (eg. racial purity or individuals 'acting white' in POC communities).
Also the reason I reframed your question to align it with the argument of racism and minority groups, and their ability to commit racism, and not 'People of Colour (POC)' as your put it, is because without doing so, a more logical position against your point is that POC are no always in the minority, and therefor your argument wouldn't even make sense prima facie.
