As Sandymat said, stimulation of the glans and frenulum. To be detailed and specific, my glans ridge needs to be lubricated and the hand stroking just the glans ridge where it flares out from the shaft. Don't bother stroking the shaft because I won't feel much, and worst of all don't grab the shaft and pull it up and down. There is not the movement in the shaft skin that an uncut guy has.
