Innocent until proven guilty I totally agree with. However, i am yet to understand why he had such a willingless to send a cease and desisit over a video which made no mention, implication or assertion to his person. This is the very big smoking gun for me, because why would someone who is innocent believe a vague video about a sexual assault claim is about them if they neither a) commited said act or b) know that theyre not a rapist. Bizarre and damning. But this is enough to at the very least confirm hes a POS cheater but that should be fine with most gays but ill leave that at that. The real question is how this will play out in court.
According to stats, he’s lost almost 25k subscribers in 2 days. Even if the allegations don’t hold up (I think they do at this point), it’s clear by the comments and unsubscribing that his fans don’t take cheating lightly (as is logical).
Same thing happened to youtuber ProJared during that scandal crap a few years ago. He lost like one million subscribers, but the whole thing was ultimately dropped after the facts came out that were pretty damning against the 'victim'. Many youtubers made apology videos afterward for doubting him and attacking him before even knowing anything. That's why I say don't judge until we have the evidence laid out from BOTH sides.
Sending that C&D letter does seem like such a dumb move so I wonder if something else was going on, like she threatened to name him or maybe was starting to spread that he was her abuser to her mutuals in private and word got to him. It obviously came from a lawyer and I would assume that they were the ones to suggest it. I guess we’ll see.

Lots of comments as well that she should probably not be making videos about it, especially with Daniel having a defamation lawsuit against her, and that she probably haven't hired a Lawyer because that Loawyer should have told her to keep things quiet until the legal stuff is over to avoid her incrementing herself or showing "bad evidence" that could be used against her.

On a serious note. I hate this. I hate this situation, i hate how this will affect actual victims because I'm noticing a trend in more and more people not believing the victims. Also im seeing a lot of men putting the crown back on DG as if he's not a cheater, liar and an egomaniac.

To be fair, her video was pretty convincing especially DG sending her C&D over a video where his name wasn't even mentioned. There was still a lot of truth to it like the him being a cheater part.
And one thing that still is sticking out is that DG still jerked and came over a body of a woman who kept saying "no". R4p3 isn't always penetration. She's a sex worker and sex workers also experience assault, it's a shame to see how quickly people discard their experiences. That said the situation is not as bad as she made it out to be and she also isn't a saint especially with the homewrecking part.
From the latest updates from him and her. It seems he was innocent all along.
