He definitely has a steady boyfriend who’s all but confirmed at this point (I’ve found his TikTok but don’t want to leak it out of respect for their privacy). They’ve definitely been traveling together a good bit, and he just went to Tennessee with David.
The boyfriend is definitely an adventurous party type, and it definitely seems like he’s helped break David out of his shell in some ways. I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s extended to other things, too, but even still, I can’t see David getting especially frisky as an asexual-spectrum guy.
