The suit looks full of air but I trust James Gunn.

i agree. however i'm hopeful that the overall aesthetics will be cleaned up and fleshed out during post-production. as someone else mentioned, it is nice, at least, to see it returned to brighter colors.

I personally love the suit. It gives a modern take on the classic suit from the comics. I also think Gunn will probably do what Marvel has done with their characters, and change up the suit design for every new movie in the new DCU.

I think the suit looks horrible but I've seen a lot of praise for it, so what do I know.
Same here. It kinda reminds me of Captain America kevlar-type costume. Which makes sense for Captain America, since he is not really invincible. But not too much with Superman.

Bleh, I miss the spandex-style costumes for superheroes. People will say it is goofy/silly, but I've seen a lot of cosplayers in the internet that can make it work and don't look silly at all, and they are actually usually sexy.

Yes! That's my main issue. Why does Superman have to wear kevlar? It looks so strange and unnecessary. The suit looks too big. It doesn't fit right, so it looks like a Halloween costume to me.

The set pics look way better than the promo pic did last month. At least the suit has colour to it and doesn't look drained off it like Man Of Steel did.

I do feel Superman (2025) could straddle feeling very retro but also quite modern as well.

Gunn needs to pull it off, but I think he will.
