Everybody here said that he is gay. But he seems to be gay in an escort kind of way. The need for a sugar daddy type of gay. Instead of really being legitely gay. He could also be sexually fluid. Its hard to tell. Because he is secretive with his sexual orientation. He doesnt mention anything about being gay on his instagram. At all. Which is surprising. Because he is mexican. Homosexuality is accepted in mexico. So he should be comfortable to come out. Theres many reasons he might not come out. Publicist are known to push gay men in the closet. Also, it could be because of being a self loathing gay man,toxic masculinity,losing sponsors,always getting gay roles in tv shows or movies,not wanna be linked to stereotypes ect... Maybe David Ortega is really gay and he will eventually come out.
