Here in Italy it carries several nicknames, pure Italian is "penis", commonly known as "pisello", vulgarly called "cazzo" here in the South it can become "pesce" (as fish) as well at "totano" (as squid) but the most common remain "cazzo" in the whole country and "pesce" in the south
