I’m similar to you in that all of my friends and I have seen each other naked numerous times so we’re all aware of each others sizes.
I think it’s a good show of closeness in your friendships tbh and I would find it strange if I had a friend and we didn’t have that level of intimacy. At the end of the day we’ve all got dicks and we’ve all seen dicks so what’s the harm in seeing your friend’s.
i was on the swim team in high school and years later a buddy told me my package was a topic of conversation. i had no idea! but nobody actually saw it, that i know of. maybe been drunk and mentioned my size a few times to friends. it would turn me on to talk about it more, for sure.

Besides my partner, I haven’t shared my size with anyone since high school. I didn’t like being seen as cocky and eventually got a girlfriend who told everybody about my penis so I didn’t have to.
The only time I said something was when some buds and I were floating down the river with a big group last summer. We were hammered, naturally. One dude I don’t know too well started bragging that he’d recently measured and discovered he was 7 inches. I was probably five beers in and I blurted out that I was a little over 8 inches, realized I shouldn’t have said anything, then played it off like a joke. I must have been convincing because no one has mentioned it since.

I've probably only seen about a quarter of my close friends nude, however I'm not shy if we're in a locker room or something like that. Some of them are towel dancers, and that's fine - we all have our different levels of comfort.
