I know when he was introduced Rob said his dad was an Olympian but I only see actual Olympians get the rings tattooed. Maybe he qualified when he was younger but did terrible at the games.

He did two videos with MC in 2013. Do you mean how he looks recently after coming back? Because yeah, his face and neck looks kind of rough for someone not even 30 years old. But I think he's likely someone who gets a lot of that SoCal sun and doesn't take care of his skin with lotion and sunscreen. Some of the most fit, active and healthy guys who are into outdoor stuff like running, surfing, hiking etc look so much older than they are. He might even just work outside for all we know. The rest of his body looks healthy and great!
