I think my insecurity towards women has made its final straw so im giving myself a yellow Card. after tonight i will be taking another 3 week leave of absence to see if i can change my perception towards you sweet / beautiful divine creatures.

I've only done it when I was by myself so I dunno how I'd handle it. I have a female friend who (based on what she's told me) doesn't seem to be able to help it and does it whenever she's with a guy, and is embarrassed/humiliated by it and she's told me she personally thinks it's disgusting (which was somewhat distressing to me and I didn't know how to comfort her)
