Interesting...I would probably try that dish. I wonder if it was lettuce or cabbage. Also the other ingredients? Looks good!
The sanitation concerns me though. No gloves and bare hands. At the end, packaging the food and handling coins. Probably never washed hands and on to the second batch. LOL
