It's not for sure at all. Compare to Adam Demos' obvious fake in Sex/Life and this scene checks none of the boxes for prosthetic use... I think Lawtey did a bad trim job on his bush and people ran with that as supposed evidence.
you can literally see the circle of plastic skin they stuck on around his bush. It’s 100% a prosthetic.
Or it's literally just human skin. I blew a guy the other day who went a little overboard with the trimmers and it looked just like that.

No one can be 100% sure either way, but it doesn't help the naysayers' arguments to say it's obviously fake. If it were, it would be the most brilliant fake in history. Look at Sex/Life--that was the best Netflix could come up with for a prosthetic that was actually necessary to plot/character development and it still looked totally fake!

But it is plainly obvious though! The same way as in Sex/Life, there’s a circle of fake skin around where the whole bush and cock are stick on. Yes Sex/Life went for the exaggerated size, but they’re both done in the very same way.
