I had no idea so many reviews were already out. And they reflect pretty much what I expect of the film: humorless, shallow, cliche, “polite”, middling acting, too much focus on hetero dynamics and homo sex and not much exploration of queer-dom or homo passions beyond sex or homo friendship, affections, compassion, love, investment, commitment. Watered-down, safe stuff for white women.

I'm kinda of the opinion that you're not a proper Pop star til you've made some awful movies

My main issue is I don’t think he should have been cast to play a gay character. We have enough actual queer actors in 2022, we don’t need cis straight white men playing gay anymore. And yes I know he dodges questions about his sexual orientation, but that doesn’t make him queer. Just my opinion obviously.

If he isn't gay/bi and wanted to keep playing on the idea that he might be, actually playing a gay character unconvincingly and having to talk about gay characters in cinema in loads and loads of interviews probably wasn't the smartest idea in retrospect.

i don’t think that’s very funny because there are so many talented actors out there desperately trying to make it while these popstars use nepotism to play actor. I think that’s very sad honestly!

Unfortunately the nepotism doesn't begin or end with popstars. Most of the actors who make it big do so because of nepotism anyway.

I just wish Harry would stop getting acting gigs because he seems to suck at it.
