Yep, I agree and always remember penises always come is size ranges, never exact sizes. His range is definitely 8.25 to 9.25 or 8.5 to 9.5 if giving the higher estimations the full benefit of the doubt. He could measure 10 inches pointing his dick downwards as any man's straight shaped or downward curved dick will measure longer pointed down. At a range of 7.25 to 7.75 inches I can easily measure 8 inches or above by pointing my dick downwards and that is even with a substantial upward curve. The point is penises with no upward curve will measure much longer when pointed down. I think that there has been underestimation of the glans width of a penis. Mandingo has large glans on his dick, according to surveys an average glans width is around 1.5 inches, So Mandingo is a bit longer. Someone like Sean Lawless would have huge glans.

The bottom of that bottle is missing in that example pic. But ultimately we have still nailed his size range. 8.5-9.5" giving full benefit of the doubt. No shorter than 8" and no more than 10". Horizontally measured that is. There are a shit ton of people claiming he had penis enlargement surgery however. I'll be searching such forums for further evidence of this. I have already posted and seen alot of evidence. Many say the main thing it does is make your penis stick out farther from your body, creating the illusion of more length. No you can't gain 4 inches on penis enlargement, there has never been any scientific evidence for PE. If Mandingo had surgery than what kind was it? Nobody has ever provided any proof for those allegations. Apparently Lex and some others had some operation where his dick hangs slightly lower but I doubt that operation ever gained them much.

Yes your probably right, maybe 1 inch is possible. But even this is not supported by scientific evidence. If you look at the journals no scientific evidence has yet supported PE. Maybe sdp knows of some scientific papers I don't. But i see no evidence in its favor.
