I would say Morrison carries his teams with how hot he is. So MNM and Miz/Morrison are on the list but mainly because of him.
The Hardy Boyz were my top team 1999-2002. Jeff being the sexier although I kinda preferred Matt during that time period (and loved Lita).
Some others since then that stand out include:
La Resistance (mainly for Rene)
Paul London and Brian Kendrick (I favor London)
Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase (mainly for Cody)
The Shield (Rollins was always my fav)
Cesaro and Sheamus (I favor Cesaro)
American Alpha

Pretty Deadly (I love both almost equally which is rare)
