Lets start out saying i dont consider myself hung but at coworker seems to point out the bulge in my jeans in front of a crowed.How should i respond when she points it out.

Next time, in front of everyone, toss it right back at her, "Honey, if you really want to see it, let's go."

It might ruin the friendship for a while. A similar situation happened to me, and she wouldn't talk to me for weeks.
