This looks good. I have one from there too. I asked for a custom build without the urethra hole and with a ball strap. It’s the best extension I have.

I didn’t realize Blissfull Creations made them with a urethra hole. None of the ones that I ordered from there came with that option as a default. Was it something that they used to have?

It’s from Blissful Creations on Etsy. As long as you follow their recommended sizing instructions, it stays on extremely well with just the natural suction effect created by the piece up against your skin.

It’s from a vendor called Blissful Creations on Etsy. The model in the pics with clothing on was called “The Barney”. It’s normally 8 inches long, but I had them custom make this a bit shorter, around 7.25”. The one in the pic without clothing is called “The Artist”. It’s 9.5” long. They really fit well and feel pretty secure on if you follow the recommended sizing instructions when ordering.

Unfortunately they don’t. I asked the vendor the same question and they replied that these are intended more for feeling realistic during sex rather than looking more realistic. But they still look decent, just not quite as real as they would if they could be painted.
