Sadly I think it speaks to the long-standing "othering" and "marginalization" of Asians (which is unfortunately being manifested nowadays in the form of hate crimes and violence).

You do in communities where a different race is the majority.
Are they usually cut though? Most oriental (east) asians aren't, though anecdotally it appears they have short foreskins. Desi men (south asian), on the other hand, are more likely to be cut because of religion.
Those I have seen have been (perhaps I have just been lucky?). I agree that in many cases it is probably due to religion, but I think every race has something going for it, because after all we are all individuals - I am very much for equal opportunities, though if the lockdown goes on much longer, I feel I will lose interest in everything.
Of the East Asians only the Koreans and filipinos are majority circumcised, and the rates seem to be dropping in Korea. On the other hand, Pakistan, Bangladesh, etc are universally circumcised because of Islam

I didn't know the Korean rate was dropping, but I have often wondered if, when it was practically universal in South Korea, the same was true in the North?. I say this because I know S. Korea was very much influenced by the American way of life, and of course this would be an anathema to the North
