I am circumcised and almost nobody is circumcised around here. The only people who know I'm circumcised are the ones I've had sex with or the ones I've told. Those I told mocked me about it a few times, but I never cared. Most of them confessed to me their dick is small. Mine is not. I win.

By the way. You don't have to few any shame. It is your life.

True, I only have an average-sized dick myself but yeah the point still applies. Thanks for the advice, sometimes I do feel shame but it is what it is, I'm happy in myself and my decisions most of the time.

I see you're from Birmingham. I got cut at the birmingham circumcision clinic. I highly recommend it. I also recommend getting done tight with a frenulum removal. High vs low is a more complicated issue though.

My experience of various sources: Cosmopolitan forums, mumsnet, naked attraction tv show, various polls, is that even in the UK where only like 16% of guys are cut, when women have been able to experience both types they tend to prefer cut to uncut. I don't know about gay men though. Seems like you would be a curiousity and maybe even more popular as a result of being cut.

You're a grown up right? This isn't going to be like being picked on by the other kids at school for looking different. I think you're worrying about something that will only make you more interesting to the average person.

As others have said, whether or not you SHOULD get cut is a more important question than whether it will make you the odd one out. I like being cut so I say go for it but it's not something you should enter into lightly. Try keeping your foreskin permanently retracted first. That's kind of like a way of sampling circumcision without commiting to it. See how you like it.

I am circumcised and in UK No problem at all. In fact most of my contempories at School were cut. It was the thing in middle class circles in 1940s to get done at birth. So much better. I think it is such a pity it went out of fashin in 1950s

I'm circumcised few days after my birth in a country almost totally uncut....my friend and women asked to me why i'm cut, but i have never had problems or discriminations...

I was circumcised seven years ago and have no regrets. The only comments I have had were positive. If you have not yet had it done, I would strongly recommend a high cut. It preserves the sensitive inner foreskin which gives better sensitivity.

An absolute must is skin glue rather than stitches. It speeds up recovery by half and gives a much neater result, If your clinic doesn’t offer it go to one that does. I went to Luton which was excellent.

I wouldn't do it. You usually only see circumcised penises in the lower class, immigrant communities from countries where it's compulsory to circumcise / cut their kids' genitals but I would keep the foreskin if I were you.
