I want to argue this point as well. People trying to explain his "strategy" are ignoring how he can make so much more money either (1) playing the long con or (2) even in the short term, don't get into online fights with paying subscribers. He's just bit off more than he can chew and a little shit that doesn't know how to handle all of it. Like Hanzon's Razor: Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.
You know, paying for porn is already not a particularly dignified activity, but I draw the line at throwing money at people who act like they are doing us a favor selling nudes. I'm glad the apologists here are drowned out by most people who still got a modicum of common sense.
I'm pretty sure he won't refund if he bails; why would he? Surely you don't expect him to consider that he'll be labelled a scammer which make it harder to make a living via softcore porn in the future. Such foresight is too much for the mental capacity he exhibited up till this point.
For those of us who paid, well, we went into this knowing the risk; don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened (LOL)
I'm not even sure he can simply close his account. I distinctly remember a creator posting on a forum, asking if someone knew a way around OF not allowing him to close his account as long as he had activ subscribers. Don't know if they changed that.
Was this his plan all along? Maybe. I just don't think, he was expecting his "victims" to retaliate.

Look at the people he surrounds himself with. He knew exactly what he was in for. This - in my opinion - was premeditated. He just didn't expect the outcome.

Plain and simple false advertising is illegal and wrong. He didn't owe us anything for sure nor did he have to start Only fans just to show off his dick to us. But no matter what your opinion on him is, advertising $$ for a service (Porn or not) and not delivering on that is wrong both morally and legally. If I was selling broken car but advertising it as completely working id be sued in court like crazy. Wish him the best and hope he makes $$ but don't screw people out of their hard earned cash either. His only fans was a loose loose where his mental health suffered and the end user was scammed. What more can I say?
