I mean, I think he might have filmed the scene, you know, almost naked (with the sock-thingy on, to cover it up) : that much, he has pretty much confirmed in multiple places (he always brings up the story of his first day on the show having to be in "his birthday suit" in front of people he had barely just met), but I'm not sure just how much of this actual nudity we'll get in the episodes. Cameras/shots can be up-closed thus not revealing much, it can be angled, smoke can cover up, lighting can be extremely dark, etc.

I do hope he's naked, though.
