I don't know why anyone cared, but I have insecurities myself and if I had something that simple and it bothered me I'd fix it. The only people that cared were really just trolls, but it seemed to affect him

I get why he'd care, and why other people would.
He's in the public eye and it's a noticeable imperfection. It's something he's conscious of, that is easily fixed.
To be honest, I was sure Joe would get his ears pinned once he was getting regular work in the USA, because it's such an image conscious industry over there, so fair play for him standing firm on that.

I didn't say he should.
But if he moves full time to the US, which is likely on the cards, it's far more image conscious. It wouldn't suprise me.
The tooth on the other hand, I would fix.
The ears and the monobrow are part of him, but the missing tooth is just a typical British thing

I've never noticed a missing tooth. It's also his choice whether to get it fixed or not. No one else should care.
