Your right, it's definitely not fair and I have come off stage exhausted, disappointed etc. But it doesn't change the fact that it is expected. In a lot of the Productions I've been part of I've been a supporting cast member so I'm often not absolutely swarmed by fans. I have watched the old pros do their thing however and often time a group acknowledgement and an explanation can really calm the waters. "Thank you all for coming, I really appreciate it. Forgive me I have another show tomorrow and I'm exhausted so I won't be hanging around."

Unfortunately it's Broadway, it's expected, if you don't respect the ways it's not a forgiving environment. It'll be the last chance to see him on Broadway if he can't hack being supporting cast and stage door. Hope he pulls his socks up, for his benefit.

What the fuck are you on about? It is absolutely not a requirement to stage door. It’s certainly a bonus but not expected or a certainty. You pay to see a performance in a show, not to get a personal meet and greet. The expectation that for 13 weeks you expect Joe to come out and greet fans after every performances is ridiculous. He might do it sometimes and it seems most of the time it won’t. He’s waved, smiled and acknowledged fans at stage door. That is fine, he most certainly doesn’t have to come out and give a speech in lieu of stage door!!! Also, inferring it’s broadway protocol and he better “pull his socks up”… or what! what’s going to happen! Joe has been getting rave reviews and every broadway buff and enthusiast who has seen the show say he’s great and are on his side in relation to stage door!

I think they're grey which is why in direct light they look more blue and it's confusing
