I prefer at least the fantasy that they are into it. Baiting and then giving bare minimum effort has become a common practice among OF models, at this point i can only blame the people for being reckless over and over again.
What and where did he over promise? This is NOT about baiting. It's rather about unwarranted fantasies. After years of folks saying they wanted his "socials” not for porn but to see how he is today, he offers that and rabid fans pile on that he's not having sex with guys on his OF, which he never promised.
